In my opinion, to clean up the forum, you should contact the administrators directly or report specific violations.
Regarding vote boosting services, focus on content quality instead of abusing virtual tools to avoid mass account sweeps and bans

Yes because 20 new post about upvote services not working is so helpful for the subforum.

What you described is a symptom of what's going on with Reddit right now. The reason we have 20+ posts is because anytime upvote panels (almost) all go down at once, it sparks a lot of threads like this. Also, not everyone browses BHW on a consistent basis so having multiple lets them know how alarming this situation is.
