After Removing the cache from Google is there any other way to check Google Cache..?

You can view the Google cache by typing "cache:URL" directly into the search box or using the Wayback Machine.

Wayback machine is the only common tool that can be used by now,
You can use some tracking scripts/services to check when was the last time a page cralwed/recrawled, if you have access,

For cloacking & similar stuff, you can change the useragent to reveal the actual content of the page,
could be used to jailbreak premium articles (like medium, etc...)

You can check via wayback machine only, google removed the cahce:url feature

For 3rd parties only way I know of is Way Back Machine and similar services now.

For your own website, you can use GSC and fetch as their bot feature. That will show you what they see.
