Hi, I am wanting to using an auto-post app to automate my social media accounts but heard that using these can cause shadow banning. Does anyone know more about this or experienced this? Are there any particular apps that people have good experiences with where this doesn't happen? Thanks

You should limit the frequency of automated posts to avoid spammy behavior.
