Can Unused Accounts Be Revived Easily?

I have a couple of old Twitter accounts with a decent number of followers on them, but they've sat there for about three years with no tweets.

Will I be able to get my tweets showing up in people's feeds again easily enough if I start posting on them once more, or are they written off by now?

0 engagement you have your answer
