I'm running some FB ads with pin submit cpa offers, targeting 13-17 year olds as its most suitable for the niche. But are underarged people actually able to fill pin submit offers? I started wondering because the conversion rate is a lot lower than the average. I was thinking back in the day when we were ordering monotone ringtones for our Nokia 3310's lol, I remember that underaged people often had restrictions on their phones that automatically stopped them from being able to call service numbers e.g. some hotline. Would this be the same case for the pin submits, that kids on phone contracts may not be even able to complete them even if they wanted to?
