If you're aiming for game-changer type of links, stick mainly with PBNs & Guest posts, these will usually pass a good amount of authority,
The problem is that you'll be coming across 90% of trash links sold by scammers,

I get backlinks through guest posts, HARO, niche edits, and broken link building. Also, checking competitor backlinks helps a lot. Quality over quantity! What’s worked for you?

Then you could have to do manual outreach for exchange articles or links in your niche.
