No. Contract will not get varified. You can deploy that duplicate contract on one to one bases but once caught by blockchain explorers, it will be marked as scam, since there is no cental authority, any blockchain varifyier can mark that as scam.

While what you have said is true, it's part of human nature.
Most people are used to being careless in purchasing just anything.
That's because being careless doesn't cause problems most of the time and so they get used to it.
So, it's like a kick that makes one realize that you need to be careful and it's a good kick in some ways.

Yes, you can have the same name and it's distinguished by contract address

Yes they can. However you should search them via the company who made the crypto so you make sure you're looking at the right one.

you could use same name, but maybe not same icon or long name, if you hope to get the crypto currency in the market they will make you change somethings to make it unique otherwise you will only receive a big no.

Same name, same symbols, some with both all on the ETH network. Many have active trading and semi-impressive values/histories.

Somebody break this down like I'm an AP 11th Grader or a 4th grader, whatever works.

I want to know the reasoning, precautions, affect and future plans/goals of these clones.

Oh and there's a lot more too.

Nope, anyone can make a coin/token at any time with pretty much any name. That’s why there’s all these memecoins out there with pretty much the same name.

they are unique just have first name or last names change .

Actually, these is what many scammers are doing. They are creating names similar to popular coins and then fooling investors. It started with a popular coin named similar to bitcoin. That coin was in top 10 marketcap at one time.

Yes, it is possible. Many developers do it intentionally in hope of gaining users fast.

You're right, it can be confusing seeing a bunch of UNIs on CoinMarketCap! The thing is, "UNI" isn't the full name, it's just a ticker symbol, kind of like a nickname. Lots of different tokens can share the same nickname, which can be annoying.

Here's the trick: Always double-check the full name of the token before you invest. So if you're looking for Uniswap, make sure the full name says "Uniswap" and not "Universe" or something else. CoinMarketCap usually shows the full name next to the ticker symbol, so keep an eye out for that.
