Can this type of video be monetized?

I have a small page where I post different types of videos. But just recently I was able to get a ton of old classic commercials. My question is that can this type of video be monetized?

Unless you created those commercials yourself or have commercial rights for them you can't monetize them legaly, unless you transform those videos and add your own content to it.
