So i wanted to add a QUIZ category to my site, but as we all know there's no information in a quiz it just shows a result, can this hurt my whole website seo? thank you

No, you can add little content. Take care of meta tags too.

Try to make some useful pieces of articles to your site.
I don't know what kind of niche you have but make use of articles related to your niche.
And make Unique articles to your site.

No, it won't hurt your website SEO.
While doing the meta tags for the quiz page keep in mind that you are not using any of your targeted keywords that already have a specific page assigned to them.

Unless it massively screws your keyword densities, I do not see any issues with that at all.

No it won't. But if you will be integrating your quiz with Javascript, sometimes it may cause indexing issues.

Don't put keywords in it and make sure that the rest of your site is nice and rich in content. you'll have no problem. Do NOT stuff keywords in, though.

Don't worry, You can use it. Some factors may affect the seo by following items - Duplicate Content, Keyword Stuffing, Guest posting for links, Accepting low-quality guest posts, Cloaking / Invisible Text, Too many ads above the fold, Paid links (of all kinds), Not using Google Webmaster Tools, Having a lot of outgoing links, Slow or unavailable websites.Just be careful with this buddy

Do you really want this page to be indexed in the Google Search Results? Is this a page that people are gonna search for?
If you said no, you could consider blocking the bots from indexing the page using
<META NAME="robots" CONTENT="noindex,nofollow"> in the meta. That's what I'd do.
