I found a 2 words domain that has more then 250k searches per month,
850M results in google and 4.5M results with the "keyword" in it.
Now i know that this is a huge competition and on the first page you can find
some of the biggest sites in the world but the thing is that the .com domain
is available for this keywords and i want to know if it will be smart to buy it?
Can it be profitable? i mean if i cant rank on the first page for it, can i at least
    flip it for some profit?
I would love to hear your toughts about it.

    - simply find the first page of the keyword, are there easy to defeat those websites?
    - you can flip them, show in sales copy that the keywords have a huge search/month

Well the sites on the first page an even on the second page are very strong sites
with lots of backlings and high PR, i think it will take years to rank in the first page
for this keywords, but maybe i can make a WP site with some content and drive some
traffic to it and flip it for some profit? or it will be better to try and flip the domain and
write the monthly searches and google results in the sales copy as RegCleaner said?
if anyone can break it down a bit for me that would be great, i have down a bit SEO
in my life so i am not an expert and cant tell if this can work out well.

I think you should use market samurai or something similar to analyze the first page competition, that way you can figure out if you can easily get in the top10 or top5.

If you CAN do this, then you might be able to rank the website in 1-6 months(big guess) and flip it.

You could also just hang onto it, sometimes keywords grow in search popularity. If the websites makes 100$ in 6 months from adsense/clickbank it has already paid itself back. You can then hold onto the website for 1-2 years, doing backlinks/update content once a month and then flip it for EVEN MORE (because it is aged, has lots of backlinks etc) and has made you some money.

I think treating websites like a stocks is a good idea.

Sounds nice, so you recommand me to go for it?
I will download MS and check the competition but i am sure that there its not going to
be easy to rank it, you see its a huge niche so there are some big sites there.

I think you should go for it after checking out the competition. Use market samurai to analyze the keyword you want to focus on. Its ok if its a big niche but whats more important is if there are lots of people competing for that keyword.

If nobody has taken the domain name keyword.com then I think there is a very good chance that there aren't many people competing for the keyword... It might also mean that the keyword gets very few searches per month, or isn't a profitable keyword. Make sure you do your research and even if it doesn't work out for you, at least you only lost 10$ for the domain.

I dont have market samurai at the momnet so is there any other way
to analyze competition for the keywords?
Google keywords tool says low competition for the keywords.
