Ok, so (example) I have a competitor, they have 1000 'likes', is there anyway I can export a list of the e-mail addresses from those people who have 'liked' which I can add to my e-mail account to send them a friend invite? Right now I'm doing it manually but it's tiresome and very restrictive.

Fair enough, I would think FB would be pretty tight on this aspect of security.. but with so many apps and software programs out there I wouldn't be surprised if there was some way of being able to do it

But you can create a data scrapping software. that can go to people's profile & scrape their email or you can create a software that can send friend request of that page's fans. It also possible.

Are you talking about extracting your competitor's fans/email? woww...
Maybe yes if you can be friend with him without telling him you are the competitor.
Then few days later tell him you want to JV with him with a product of yours.
Tell him its totally a different niche from his...then use your imagination

Yes, but preferably with an extractor tool, not manually.
