Can the TOR Network...?

    I made an account on a forum that only allows one account per member. I used the TOR Browser to make an account.
    Is the account still traceable to my normal IP, not my TOR IP?

    The government would have to own every single Tor server to be able to trace you ;)
    It's untraceable :)
