I also use https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/services/cognitive-services/text-to-speech/, it`s a good TTS and voice sound like human speech.

Yes it can be monetized as long as it sounds not too robotic and the video actually provides some value

Other options are murfstudio, descript, wellsaidlabs, playht to name a few. Some more expensive than others. Wellsaidlabs has the best voices, but it's expensive if you create a lot of videos. I find the ones that are best if you can realistically clone a human voice. Then you have a "robot" voice over that's not being used by everyone else. If you're really technical, you can use python and some ai tools to train your own realistic voices for free which is what I do.
how do you do this @mamigetmoney? could you guide me in the PM? (I used wellsaidlabs for a month but man it's expensive af)
