Can´t load Youtube after Replacing Proxy

Some of my old proxies were really slow so I asked provider for replacement. After I replace them, Youtube kind of can´t load, its stucked on white blank site. Every other site works well. I am affraid to delete cookies, in most cases It ask for email verification which cant be completed. But It´s only option unless anyone here have some Idea what to do with it.

Ok, so I cleared cookies and data on one Profile to test what happens. Nothing changed, Youtube still keeps loading while other sites works normally.

After like 5 minutes of loading, this is what I´ve got.

Message your proxy provider, it's definitely an issue with the proxy

You might want to try switching to a different proxy location or using a fresh IP to see if YouTube loads properly. If clearing cookies isn't an option, testing in an incognito window or a different browser could help troubleshoot without triggering verification.
