Can Stripe handle this? is this too blackhat for Stripe?

Found this funnel on a random facebook ad for astrology reading. Wondering if this would be too "sneaky" for stripe? Ive also seen this on ios apps before and it seems like apple doesnt have an issue with it. Same case with paypal.

If the question is about how well this can be hidden from Stripe... it's good to hide the referrer page or the main host. There’s no other identification.

It may be allowed as long as there is not many chargebacks in the long run.
