Can spinnerchief create unique content or just spin ?

i am planning to buy spinnerchief 3 ultimate but my question is if can it create unique content for tier 1 or just spin articles human readable for tier 1?

can i scrape articles with scrapebox and spin it with SC ?

spinner chief is for manually spinning articles . If you are looking for bulk articles try seo content machine or kontent machine.

If are looking human readable articles then manually spin articles or try wordai.

i heard WAC are not good for tier 1 or am i wrong ? WordAI is still too expensive for me my budget is limited

What you obrain is "rewriting" of the articles, a simple spin.
Create unique articles is more than this. So, if you use a lot of high quality articles scraped from Scrapebox and in high quality you obtain decent spinning articles.

With this type of contents it's hard to rank well and fast.

TBS and SpinnerChief both are good only for manual spinning for tier 1.
WordAi with turing plan is best to get first tier content on auto spinning.
Or you can get an article from AB and then spin it using WordAi to make it upto 100% copypassed.
