Can Spamhaus or Icann do anything?

Wondering if they can legitimately do anything to your site. As long as you have proxies and they cannot trace them back to you, should you be fine?

I run an ecommerce store and I am tired of getting calls to my store saying that I am reported to ICANN and spamhaus. Should I worry at all?

well , ICANN can suspend your domain ( if they have a serious reason to do so ) ... lucky you they don't give a shit about your spam

... spamhaus will list your domain on their creepy dbl so what

don't give a damn shit it's virtually unknown for your buyers . How much time you are on the top of search engines for your keywords don't give a fk spam the hell out of them and bank your sales

...

For the phone lines , if you need to get rid of annoying phonecalls just get yourself some kind of ivr

... with some annoying messages like '' for sale department press 1 , for sales for kids press two , for bla bla '' anyone who is threatening you actually will not wait on the line to keep pressing 1-2-4 just to try to annoy ... actual buyers rarely use the phone services ... and the ones who are enough retards to keep bullshiting on the phone they will love those ivr's

So pretty much do you even blacklist these domains or just say fuck it? I like your go getting attitude haha. So pretty much spamhaus and Icann are going after big boys or more of email spam?

ICANN cares about spam / phising and other serious shits over there

... none with more than 2 cell brains on their head will never report |bother to report your site for damn comments and other bh things ... spamhaus yeh ... they are listing your site on their db like I`ve said ... go from clean ip and request exclusion claim yourself '' you don't know what happens / you are ''honorable business owners '' same with the fkers from askimet lol ...

if I was on your shoes , I`ll be more worry about DCMA notices ( in case if you are using copyrighted content ) ... or if by any chance your domain aren't fall into some patented terms/business terms and so on ... in rest just don't give a damn thing , like I`ve said bank your thing and milk it how much you can .

I mean seriously who has time to complain about this stuff? Just delete the spam or put akismet on you blog.

Yes, they can ruin you and make your life a living hell. I saw that happen to owners of "Mail Mascot" about 6 months ago.

Right? I got two phone calls about it. Both blogs have no traffic and talk about the dumbest things ever. I told her to put askimet and she claims that sb blasts make it past it. I have to pretend that i have no idea what she is talking about. Pretty annoying tho.

Yea, I once got an email from the legal team sounding rather serious for violating their terms and conditions of use of the site. But did offer to sell an ad on the site to me.

Checked it out for shits and giggles and its a 5 user forum that is setup on some random "timmy bob's computer repair" type site. Informed him that if he continues impersonating a lawyer that I'll use my *real* financial resources to sick actual lawyers on him. And that spamming his bullshit site is cheaper and more beneficial than buying ads to his 5 members.

I would check what registrar you're with though, the other week internet.bs went and suspended a bunch of domains for getting blacklisted on spamhaus. I posted about this if you search for "internet.bs" here

the guy that complained to me filled out the contact form at my site lol.

I don't know if I would reply I would just ignore it. These people have to have a lot of time on their hands to be sending messages to those that put spam comments on their site. Either that or they are probably not very tech savy or else they would know that spam comments is the nature of the beast and 99% of the time nobody is going to read their message.
