Can spam score kill website ?

I have one website that is affected with a spam score of almost 5%, but now I try to disavow the domain that spams the website.

What's the solution for a 5% spam score and can it affect the traffic?

Spam score is a third party metric, the solution would be build more clean links
 
not in a million years...

You can have 100% spam score and still rank and make money

Wow, Thank you. since i saw 5%, from that day , I start hating my website, but now am happy
 
Yes it will affect your website you can do an audit to find out the spam links if possible you can remove the links or you can take more clean back links form good websites

ok, 100% might be too much, but the point is that SS is useless and you shouldn't worry too much about it. I saw websites with 80% SS ranking and banking hard, so you shouldn't worry about SS if you're ticking the right SEO checkboxes (content quality, site structure, authority and topical authority)
 
as long as your site hasn't been penalized, your spam score isn't that important. You can use it to compare your site to your competition if you like, but the main use of spam score is to look for potential problems that might crop up.
 
5% is nothing. When a website is new you get a little bit of spam score but when you have enough quality links it will become 1% or even 0

I think spam score may effect your site if it beyond the limit to 30 . but you don't get more worried about it.
 
yes , its an indicator that the site is spammed , getting bad links or worst content
 
5% spam score is nothing to worry mate you still rank ,to reduced the spam you must increase the building of good quality backlinks
 
only 5% Spam score won't affect. Just try build more clean sites. That might be helpful for you

I dont think it affects ranking. I have a website with 20% spam score and still banking but again, its better to disavow those unwanted links. I constantly disavow them since backlinks are part of ranking.
 
There is nothing to worry 5% spam wont harm your site,still you can make money with it
