Very weird backlinks coming into my site and I looked and also see my competitor has similar links.

They all looked similar to this: http://lolworld.kr/board_YYad70/554862
Here's another example: http://hspark.org/board/1170728

A lot of them have the 'greedy cunts' shit in it. Is this someone attempting to do negative SEO? Very weird.

It looks like neg SEO shit to me. Someone wants to rank above you as well as your competitor. It has to be neg SEO else why will you and your competitor too have the same links.
