Can something be done to stop crypto being used for scams ? Like option to reverse the transaction by reporting to exchanges with proof.

I think it is really hard to stop crypto scammers. The user have to learn and take vigilant measures when dealing with Crypto.
 
The option to reverse the transaction isn't built in the blockchain. And the answer to your question is no.
 
No, the idea of crypto is that can't be regulated, unformtunatelythose crypto scam will continue, just try to avoid and learn from other experiences about those scams, sometimes I see people writing or DM people in those crypto scams to not do it becausewell are scams, so far nothing else just create awarenes.
 
You kind of defeat the purpose of crypto if you introduce an option to reverse a transaction. It becomes just like any other digital payment processor that operates with fiat.

Can something be done to stop money from being used in scams? No, or you could destroy the monetary system

That can be done in some cases not all.
 
You cannot reverse cryptocurrency transactions. Just avoid any transaction that is not safe.
 
Basically No, and its nothing to do with Crypto.
Scams are everywhere.
 
There's no way to reverse cryptocurrency transactions. Use Escrow services to secure your transactions.
 
I don't think that's possible. Any fraud lies in the human factor. Even the written method will reduce but not eradicate fraud
