Have heard of those Think Big, Start Small things. But wondered if someone learns and studies everything, may it be BlackHat or WhiteHat, learns the problems and solutions and decides to start the project. Start his online work with directly copying tactics or mixing the things he learnt from what is working for the big giants in his niche (niche he will be working on in future).
Can someone like this succeed with very less practical knowledge but very good theory knowledge learnt from scratch by himself, analyzing the working of big giants already in his niche?

I am actually trying this similar plan. Searching whole web to learn, know new things about my niche and then implement these things in the big project in near future. I'm learning day and night found many things to avoid, and things to do, some problems which might arise and also found solutions to those, solutions from different sources on internet.

For example starting a movie site (not my niche but learnt some points)
suppose I know how to host all movies with my servers or use google drive etc, how to do seo for site, how to avoid dmca, how to be safe and hide identity etc. I have the theory.

Learnt this from someone's established site who started from small.
Everything learnt from internet searching day and night and is not practically done by me.

Can someone like this, work with the mechanics and working of established site and in other words "start big"?
Would like to discuss. Might motivate some people out there.

English is not my mother tongue so took more words to explain sorry.

Absolutely. But having a human contact who has already done it and laid the groundwork for a working plan is priceless.

Also starting capital is a big factor too. How many thousands are you willing to invest? How many months can you go without seeing returns on investment? Etc. Risk is always present.

with the quarantine now is a golden opportunity. Work hard- 12 hours a day and focus. Set your mind to it and give it your all. Don’t let problems shut you down. Answers will come. Just keep pushing and it will happen.

Its possible, but the problem is, you learned the basic knowledge. But the guy that tried it first, learned from all the mistakes and stuff you did not know you needed to know.

You cant succeed without trying, but you will fail, even if you know evrything, problems occur, cause you cant control the world.

Atm i am scaling something that was small, but i have made all mistakes, and solved problems i know. Now im 8x my shill, and hopefully bring me from 150 a day to 1000.
But this is years of experience and mistakes, losing money, making money, gaining knowledge, forgetting knowledge cause things change.

Atleast have a plan on paper, start there, maybe you can write away most of the problems you see already in pre production cause you know allot about your niche and business. Who knows, i dont, maybe you can tell me when you started :)

I will answer myself here when the time will come when I will implement my plans.
As I'm already busy learning every aspect of the niche even most of the big problems which will come and how to handle them.

having a human contact who has already done it and laid the groundwork for a working plan is priceless.
I wish I had a person. Really priceless.

Will hope for the best to every person who is having a plan like this to start big.

Here my favorite quote, which sums it up well:

“You don't set out to build a wall. You don't say 'I'm going to build the biggest, baddest, greatest wall that's ever been built. ' You don't start there. You say, 'I'm going to lay this brick as perfectly as a brick can be laid. You do that every single day. And soon you have a wall.”

Also it is so much easier to expand something small, than to start with something big in the first place.

Imagine Tesla would start with building 5 different kinda cars at the same time. They didn't. They started with the roadster.
Imagine Amazon would have start with selling all kinda things. They didn't. They started with books.

You have a foundation of a business, which is successful and then you build more and more floors...until it eventually becomes a skyscraper. You don't build a skyscraper and then check if its successful.

I do not think it is possible.
Personally, I read more than fifty books on business & related stuff. Started with Kiyosaki an N. Hill and Carnegie (just like everyone else) when I was very young and just beginning in business.
Then I read many other books, not so famous but much better in fact, on sales, startups, emotional intelligence, MLM, negotiations, etc. Plus countless biographies of successful entrepreneurs.
Of course I also read endless blogs, related to my field of business.

Has this allowed me to avoid mistakes, and to grow the business faster? It hasn't...
Surely it helped me to read all these books, but I still made many mistakes. In fact the most important things I learned by experience. And this applies to both offline business and internet marketing.

Because each project is different, so is each market situation and person running the business. You can't simply copy someone else's journey... You can learn something from them, sure, but at the end you'll have your own story (full of highs and lows :)). Think big, but start small. You'll grow big eventually.
