Can someone recommend which proxy service to go with?

I see a lot of proxy services for sale in the "Proxies for Sale" section, I went through a few of them and started messages with the posters, but didn't get many replies.

What I'm looking for is some proxies to use for minor scrapping, I need to be able to download a list of proxies daily that work. I want to be able to script the download. As long as I can get to the list via HTTP/HTTPS I can download it. I don't even mind scrapping it from the website itself.

If the list I have goes bad, then I want to re-scrapped/download a fresh list.

Which sites do you recommend? I don't mind paying a few dollars a month for a clean list, I can download daily.

As far as I see you are looking for public proxies that are released via api, this is not always good solution specially if you want to scrap google. Nowadays it's hard to find such service, so maybe think about buy some private proxies for start.

I have Google and Bing covered using the CSE API's.. (100 per day with google) and (5000 per month with bing) - If I need more google - I can pay google for more.

It will just be from scraping sites that might block Ip's, rather not get my IP's blocked if it happens. I also need Proxy IP's that will be able to scrape IPv6 URL's (this is my main need atm)
