Can someone recommend me a good WP course

I'm brand new around here and I've been looking around for some good WP tutorial/course. I ran across Wordpress Unleashed but the BHW members' opinions vary from gross to great, so I was hoping if someone could recommend me a good WP tutorial (preferably one that exists in download forum ).

What exactly are you trying to do? Just install wordpress or can you already do that and are looking for ways to optimize it?

Don't laugh, but I never used WP before, so I'm trying to learn the basis of setting this thing up, uploading it, using plugins etc... Been using Blogger up until now but everyone is telling me to evolve and start with WP.
