Can Someone recomend a VPS for me

Thanks in advance, I know this is asked alot so I will try and be specific about what I need.

Im new to VPS so quality support is more imortant than price.

I want to be logged off and the VPS still working for me.

I want to be able to run some SEO tools on it.

I would also like to be able to DL torrents to it also.

I want to be able to install pretty much anything I want on it.

I would like windows and I have never run any server operating systems so Win7 would be my preferred operating system.

My internet connection at work is very slow so I will be using this almost like my home computer from my work connection.

Speeds important but I guess 100mbs would do, 2 or 4 processors, 2 or 4 gigs of ram and probably around 100GB hard drive should work, if upgrades are available latter that would be great also.

Ummmmmmm any one with any recomendations? I tried e-mailing megafastservers that was recommended on another thread but got a very quick incomplete response. I would worry about the support with them unless someone could vouch for them and better support to paying customers.

Trustvm.com is good 20$ for 2gig speed is 10mbps on an average.
contabo.com is one am using now 35$ for 16gig ram and 6 cores.Speed is 100mbps.
