Can Someone Please Get Me This Wordpress Theme

I have the first release of this Wordpress theme, there is a lot of bugs in it, etc. If someone could please get me the latest version of this theme, which is version 1.3...even version 1.2 would work.

Appreciate it but that is version 1.0 with a lot of bugs. I am looking for 1.2 or higher.
