can someone please explain this screeshot?

as you can see here the urls are not indexed,
more information that might give you a clue:
*tags appear on the posts
*the website is 2 months old but content is 3 days old
*no G-analytics code installed on this website
*this webmaster tools account attached with another website- that one is performing just fine
*I'm bald

When I'm searching for site:mysite.com it shows only the homepage+description
any suggestions?

how many backlinks do you have? Is your site penalised or not indexed yet?

more information : there are only 15 posts there in 4 categories the number of urls is because of tags,the theme has it's own seo + I'm using all in one SEO plugin

Relax! Just because your Sitemap has been submitted to Big G it does not mean they and index instantly.

Can take weeks. Usually takes around 1 week in my experience depending on how you do it.

It's not if you have zero backlink

Wait another few days or use a rapid indexer to create some backlink that will accelerate the indexing process. (Scrapebox rapid indexer, or a free web service like this : http://www.imtalk.org/cmps_index.php?pageid=IMT-Website-Submitter will do)

The only method to get your pages indexed is by gaining pagerank to those pages, and by pagerank I mean real-time pagerank and not that little green bar that everyone thinks is pagerank.

Short term pagerank like pinging or posting your link on a forum can get your pages indexed temporarily but if these are the only type of links that you will be building, then be sure that your pages will end up in Google's supplementary index within a couple of weeks.

Another way to get a lot of pages indexed is by having a good internal link structure on your site, this way pagerank can flow to your inner pages.

Sitemaps does not mean that Google will index those pages.

Real-time pagerank is the only thing that will get your pages indexed.

Personally I don't ping my homepage or internal pages. Once I update the content, I do few bookmarks using some free online tools. Usually my pages get indexed within a day. You can use this site
