Can someone link me in the right direction..

I haven't done this before so I don't know what the correct wording is I'm looking for..

I want to run my internet connection through another IP address, which changes daily. I need this to be easy as obviously I'm a noob. I know some will make your computer and internet run so slow you simply can't run it, I don't want this... I also need it to be safe and secure, secure as in I want to be able to make a PayPal or CC payment.

The only reason I want this is for privacy reasons.

Hope someone can point me in the right direction and recommend a good IP 'changer' for me.

What you need is called a VPN. You will need to go here and choose the appropriate plan that you consider suitable for your budget. It can be the 1 month plan, 6 month or 1 year plan.

Are there any concerns with using a VPN service, running the connection through a different IP and security on things such as entering CC or bank information?

This may seem a silly question, but it comes from simply not fully understanding how it all works.
