I want to sign up to an affiliate network but they need me to hand sign their ToS document and the W8-BEN form. I don't have a scanner nor a fax.
If someone could take 10 minutes of their time to help me out I'd really appreciate it.
I need you to print out a few pages of the documents, then hand sign it for me, then scan it with a scanner and send me the scanned images.
