can someone help? my site loads only text?

hello, im trying to experiment with thesis but my site isn't just working. I have 2 problems, the other one is not related to my site though but almost the same.

1. Basically my first problem, my site just loads text? sometimes it loads the theme, i'm trying to install the thesis theme found here to play with. but it's like i can't see anything updated cause it's basically plain text. when i try to load the basic free theme, it loads but not that quick. I'm not really sure how or what to call this problem.

I've tried the following:
1. delete the thesis theme , and reinstall
2. clear temp files and all with cc cleaner
3. clear dns cache by doing flushdns on cmd
4. both chrome and IE showing the same

2. My 2nd problem is that youtube keyword tool is also loading the same. just plain text, but this one loads fine in IE, but in chrome its plain.

I'm really confuse right now, please help? or at least can anyone tell me what kind of problem is this. so i could research further. i've tried to google, but i think i'm searching for the wrong problem... Below are the screenshot.

Just to avoid misunderstanding, other websites loads just fine, i just dont know off all the websites, youtube keyword tool doesnt load well.. i dont know.. anyone can clarify what's going on? i also tried scanning my desktop with avast, seems clean though..plz help

That usually happens to me when:

1) my internet is dead slow (try pinging the website url or other means to see how much ms you are having)
2) when some css is badly place or format (aka the style path in the url is wrong for instance)

Can you provide your URL and which platform or programing script are you using??
