If u using email outlook, please kick his email backup. And change all info again

You need to secure the original recovery methods (like phone or backup email); without those, the seller can easily reclaim the account despite password changes.
 
Log out all old devices, Change Email, level 2 email, Old devices log in to email
 
When buying a new account, change everything such as password, link email, 2FA, and log out from all devices
