Can someone help me with the "japanese keyword hack" ?

Hello guys,

2 of my websites have been hacked, with that shitty "japanese keyword hack" (yeah I know it's from nulled plugins, lessons learned!)
The problem is the search console doesnt even find the links, and I have tons of them. I don't see how is it possible to report them 1 by 1 ?!

Can someone help me fix this? or fix this with a reasonable fee? Only experienced persons please
