Can someone Help me with Proxies

guys,
I need clarifications about link building(Proxies) from you.
Can someone Please Clarify my doubts.


1. Can I (create,Publish) various web2.0 Accounts with Same IP.

like this

web 2.0 site1- only one account with my ip
web 2.0 site2- only one account with my ip
web 2.0 site3- only one account with my ip

or create,Publish like this

web 2.0 site1- one account with Proxy 1
web 2.0 site2- one account with Proxy 2
web 2.0 site3- one account with Proxy 3


2. Can I verify all Account Verifications with same IP or can i use proxy for each verification.

Yeah, you should be in the clear and I don't think it matters at all what ip you verify with. Just make sure not to make too many accounts from the same site using the same ip, especially not your own.
