can someone help me with my problem.

i need a IP changer software. i cant buy one.

can i borrow ip changer software from someone ?

first you should set a better title for your thread

and you need a proxy software or just a tool to reconnect your own router/ip? there are many free scripts, jsut ask the big g for it and for a proxy changer there are many firefox addosn out there, just ask big g again..
