Hey guys,

Been a member here a while but usually, just read and learn so thank you to you all!

I'm a little stuck...

I have a website that I initially hosted on Shopify. I have now moved it across to WordPress. The URL I'm using on WordPress is wellbeu.co.uk which is fine. Problem is the www version is still directing to Shopify.

No matter what I do I can't get it to direct to wellbeu.co.uk

I know its probably I really simple fix but I can't figure it out.

Wondered if anyone could resolve my brain freeze?

Your site www version doesn't have a DNS record i'm sure it's a cache problem try to clear your cache.

Search for htaccess. You can fix it all using the htaccess file.

Just redirect your www to non-www using htaccess

Also, Like i said there is no DNS record for www.wellbeu.co.uk you can confirm here:

Hey guys,

Me again. Thanks for your help yesterday.

So I managed to stop the site directing to shopify but now as Th3 Technician said my www domain has no DNS settings. I can't seem to fix this? My wordpress nameservers are via cloudflare is this the problem?

This is driving me crazy.

Try This - go to WP Dashboard --> Setting --> You will there URL option. Just add www in both URL's and Save.

You need to point www version of the website from CF also to resolve.
