I have a site with over 37,000 page views per day. What is my site worth in your opinion? In winter months, its 49,000 pageviews per day

Would need more stats/info. Also,why is it going down?
 
Try using advertisments and monitize and check how much you can earn using it.
Then the value of your site can be further increased..
 
How are you currently monetizing the traffic? How much is the site bringing in?
 
Yes more information on this. :) I think you should write more information about the niche, organic traffic and lots.
 
Buyers will Always ask if the site is earning anything and if yes how and how much, Proof Etc.

Its hard to say how much it is worth with just this much of information.

Usually Worth is calculated by AVG last 3 months earning x 12 or 15 or may be even 18. Depends on the site..
 
Its based on season, meaning in the winter more people log in. It's a forum. We do not use any advertisement other then local businesses..

The site according to webuka has it worth at 42k.

Im looking to sell the site if I can get a buyer. What other info do you folks think you need?

Its a forum with 14k members and over 3000 visitors a day. Average person online is 15 mins.

Well, if you do not mention exactly what kind of niche it is then we wont be able to give you an exact aprox of the cost.
Also, the 14k users, how many are constantly active?
Please specify also the URL so we can check deeply, why so many secrecy?

Traffic doesn't really matter, it could be generated for all we know.

The most important part is revenue, this is how most site buyers calculate the true value of a site i.e Monthly revenue x 10 = Site Sales Price etc.
