CAn someone help me i need to make an affiliate website

i am in need of a cms or template for affiliate setup of my website, for example if someone visits that affliate setup he has option to register and login, get link that he has to promote ofcourse tat link will be of my website and he can see the stats of his traffic earnings and conversions, if someone could help in in finding that will be really helpful.
