Can someone help me determine if my niche is profitable?

I've found a niche that I believe to be profitable, but I'm not entirely sure:

Seasonal: Yes (but CPC makes up for it I think)
KW # of search results: 483,000
Monthly searches: 74,000
Ad Competition: Medium
CPC (according to Google): $7.33

The competition doesn't look too difficult, but I could use some assistance in figuring out how hard it would be to outrank them. The most difficult to outrank IMO would be this. Do I have a chance? Is this a decent niche?

The data you deliver def. looks nice in my eyes. ;-)
But I won't be able to tell you if it's a niche or not since I don't know what exactly you're planning. :-)

Have you tried SEMRush? As far as I know, you can do 1 or 2 free KWs searches a day. The free account will atleast give you an indication of the competition difficulty. You can also try KWFinder to give you an indication. Good luck man! Let us know what app has helped you decide whether to go ahead.

I am in the same boat as you and still learning to make sense of all the data that the KW apps provide.

Is it for a specific product or service that is purchasable? Then it's fucking great. Otherwise, not bad either.

It's more of a microniche for a common seasonal problem, but IMO they should convert pretty well based on how desperate some of the people in this topic are to solve this problem.

I went ahead and bought a domain and a year of hosting, and installed WP. I'm having troucble getting WP looking good though. Every theme I install seems to have some element that I can't change the color for, and my html/css/php isn't up to par to to edit the theme myself. Are there any go-to themes that pretty much just work, and don't seem unprofessional?

I'd highly recommend purchasing a theme from themeforest.net. They are very professional looking. I do have a couple themes I could send you, feel free to PM me.
