can someone help? ebay and vcc

I put my text in a picture because this computer has internet but no keyboard. My laptop has the opposite, so I typed on laptop and transferred using USB, but for some reason I couldnt copy notepad text.

No disrespect but it sounds like they are a fakes and it sounds like you KNOW they are fakes.

Genuine sellers rarely have these types of concern.

No I wasn't clear enough I apologize, I took a pair of mine to many retail stores nearby that are very well trusted ( Macy's was the most recent one I went to) I asked the sales attendant If I could compare a pair of mine and a pair being sold out of the store. and they were completely Identical, I assure you they're not fake. I am just very scared into running into legal action with Luxottica, and I am also scared that eBay will just randomly ban me (eBay just gets scared and bans people lol).

If you were selling legits, why did you get banned? It's 100% OK to sell legitimate stuff on eBay, they don't ban for no reason.

Top quality fakes WILL look identical.
Did you weigh, the items to compare them?
Did you actually FEEL both item to see any difference in quality?
Did you compare packaging of both items?
A visual inspection on top quality fakes won't work unless you really know what you are looking for.

If you are purchasing them from a genuine supplier then you have nothing to worry about, as you will be able to provide the necessary documentation.
If you can't then yes you will be banned.

Vero can ban anyone in a heartbeat even if they a show a little bit of suspicion. these are authentic. I just really dont want to go through all this starting over on ebay again.

Ebay definitely can and will ban any account at any time even if the items are legitimate because of their VERO program (as stated above) - no one except authorized resellers are allowed to sell those types of items. Even if you have invoices, there's no guarantee your account is safe. There are many other ways your account/listings could go down, such as the copyright holder, a competitor, or an angry buyer reporting your listings and say you're selling fakes (even if you're actually not). Ebay is really sensitive to that type of thing.

Could they sue you for it? Sure they could. But will they? Not unless you are selling thousands. They won't bother suing unless you happened to be a really big time seller that turned out to be selling fakes. But you wouldn't likely get that far, especially on a new account. Yes, 10-25 is way too much. Maybe you could do that on a really old aged account but not on a new account. If you're absolutely sure these are real and you want to sell them on ebay, you really need a lot of accounts because you will burn through them often and quickly.

You really need a bank account for every stealth you create for the best way of getting your money. You can get creative by sending money to another Paypal account you own but Paypal will link the accounts together eventually and if one gets banned, they both will. You can also use the money in your Paypal account to buy things you want, or buy gold or something to cash out, but it's much easier to just open a new bank account. You can easily open a second account with Chase (a savings, or even another checking if you really wanted to).
