Can Someone help bypass this fileice file? please><

(file=45xti) is the file I want to bypass
Could someone help me on this one?
I'm from a foreign country and fileice survey doesn't work for me
I tried using VPN like Hotspot shield etc.
But it just simply blocks it
I've spend a week on this,and I got quite frustrated with fileice XD
SO~ I turned my to this place to seek aid

I don't think you understand.
People on this forum put the fileice block on the file you are trying to get. If there is a way, and only If, No one on this forum is going to help you.

Then I am seeking for the very chance of a person thats willing to help me ^^
