Can someone guide me please?

Im looking for some guidance please.
I have an ecommerce site that is on a magento platform and was wondering if someone had any tips on maybe a video blaster, CL tips, or SEO ideas they are willing to share. I could really use some help.
Im a mom of 2 with MS looking to just get my darn head above water.
Not to bring out the pity by anymeans, Im just trying to show my sincerity and appreciation to your help.
