Can someone figure this out

Hi,

There is someone at x (twitter before) tweeting at big scale and fast.. he at the top tweets always when searching.

Tweeting in Arabic for affiliate marketing.. and I'm wonder if anyone can help to figure it out and redo at lower scale with much more professional looking/behaving.

you can search these words in your account and he will always be at top:

سيفي
اوناس
اناس
اي هيرب
كود خصم
تويو

ok so here is what I know for now:

1- he using some special character in Arabic that no one else use (not in keyboard only a ut-8 or something can bring it but twitter sees it and read it)
2- he uses an auto cutoff words without meaning from long article
3- there is a counter in his tweets to reset something
4- there is a mass action happens once he tweet with more than 20 replays 20 likes more that 1 comments all from shitty account that twitter hides but count)

is that all enough to tweet every 5 second and be at top..

I assume he uses more than 30 accs that old and good with good proxy for tweeting nad maybe 1000 shitty account to mass action to support. but I could be wrong.

I just test tweeting for a coupons .. from a decent account with 4g proxy and cool down for 3 days from first open it with twitterdub and I got shadowban.. oops.. so how can he do it.

Its just simple, they use a ton accounts to post this #hashtag, it can be any language though, I mean, even a English phrase can be voted to homepage, just you need a lot of accounts and post this in a timed frame.

Aren't these through spam accounts? It's more a results by numbers approach.

nah it's more than that.. he don't uses any hashtag but only repeated tweets with a little change so he can conquer the searched page for anyone looking for a coupon.

can't know for sure that's why I'm looking for an expert to tell me the secret if there is any..

but I think for a spam account twitter will auto shadow ban them and he can't do it..

Please notice that he is doing the same thing over and over for every second there is a tweet in the top result if you searched and it has been doing this for a long time (it has been 2 weeks I'm noticing that)
