He posts short promotional videos that look like CPA content, but he redirects viewers to a Blogger site. He targets different countries such as the USA, Australia, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and many others. He uploads videos about games, iPhone giveaways, and various short clips, but I still don’t understand exactly what he’s doing. Can someone explain it to me?

It's very difficult to get an rsoc account now; you have to wait six months to a year.
