is this coin being pumped and dumped?

most alt coins have the hockey stick graph from the last 7 days but this is the first alt coin which has such up and down swings.

Normal swings for a coin with such low volume? Kind of like if me and you owned half the market each and we sold back to each other every day?

ssl certificate error on their website certainly isn't helping their cause. Could be a dead coin or one that is on the way out.
