Hi, my PS skills aren't very good so I am asking for beggining photoshoper to draw a simple logo for website:

But I need it for free, I don't want to spend money, coz I can draw it with my hands, my time is expensive :)

Why do You need CS6? Just googe "Photoshop CS3 50MB free Download". I downloaded it and I am happy lol

Well, to be honest I just upgraded from Vista to win7 and by doing so lost CS5. I already have CS3 portable somewhere but like to stay up to date. :)
Like yourself I consider my time valuable and don't want to let some key generator loose on my new OS and am too lazy to stop by a torrent site for an XP ISO.

So, if you would like something simple made, I think I can help you. But, it will cost you. Nothing is for free in this world, I even pay tax for the sun to rise.

Also, to ask someone to do this for free because you value your time too much to do it yourself, well...

These guys do free Photoshop requests, they might be able to do a logo for you http://www.photoshoprequest.com/
 
You can also go to a site like cooltext.com and create a free logo in jpg, png, or other formats, from the menu of fonts and effects provided.
 
YOu can try fiverr. I got a great logo and video for my product there at cheap prices
