Hello
if I will use cracked plugins or themes on my site, can someone detect it?
is it dangerous to use them?
can someone sue me for that? and is there some way to "hide" them?

No they can't detect them, but they will probably give you malware
 
dangerous is a possibility. unless u go through all the code and make sure they havent imported any malware ull be fine.
if u dont, u dont know what theyve done to edit it.
be cautious of cracked obfuscated plugins especially
 
Yes, hosting company can detect it. Plugin and theme author can detect it.
 
the chances are high that your site will be hacked (nulled plugins and themes often have malicious code)
 
Get you plugins from a trusted source, and you will not have any problems! WordPress plugins provided for free or sold by the author/developer are GPL licensed, once you buy it, you can freely share it with anyone, because it is stated so in the GPL license authors/developers must agree to use, when using the WordPress framework.
