cool thanks it looks like they blocked my IP.

edit: mmm I changed my IP i still can't access the site this is strange.

Down for me, shows up when connecting with a proxy though. The IP I am trying to access twitter with has never been used with them, however.

Maybe it is only down for certain locations?

Yeah, not to bump and hijack but are you having or anyone else having problems when tweeting? It seems as if half of my tweets don't go through (to the point where they're viewable by other people).

Anyone notice anything like that? Possibly new spam rules or something? Even though I'm not spamming and my updates are about 20 minutes between each other...
