Can someone answer these questions?

I'm new to blackhat methods. I'm very happy to have found this place, it's full of useful information.
Anyway, I have some questions for which I can't find the answers in the forum:

1)How can I check the ip of the sender of an email? I need to know in order to see if my ip is visible when I send an email.
2)Niche definition: I see many times that in order to make money, you have to find a niche. How many daily or monthly exact searches does a niche correspond to?
Also, what are the values of competition that you can consider low, medium or high?
3)I'd like to know where the webdesign of blackhat tools homepages come from. I see that every product like thebestspinner,venomseo etc. have the homepage with the same style.
Also they are very graphical and it doesn't look like they are designed by IT guys. Especially, the virtual product box (example: thebestspinner.com/images/box-2.jpg). Do you know how to make it?

Well, instead of answer this question, I want to drop some advice. Use a VPS. You can get a really good VPS for $15 to $25 / month and pay with prepaid credit card or paypal not linked to your credit card/bank account and stay completely anonymous.

It isn't worth taking any risk if you are going to be mailing where your IP must be hidden.

Well I'd like to know how to get the sender ip also for my personal knowledge.
Can someone answer at least the first 2 questions?
