Hello,I like drawings and I draw portraits,today I talked with a guy from the internet and he asked me for him portrait and he will pay me, but I don't have any payment methods I have just a first choice pay card,how can I accept any funds from him or if I can't accept money can he bought something online which I can profit?

Ask him if he have paypal . Register an account (with your real informations) and simply send him the link to pay for it.

Paypal. Skrill or set up an account on fiverr or seoclerks and ask him to place the order there, at least you will have funds in the account that you can spend on other services.

You should be able to receive and spend money online via PayPal without linking a credit card or bank account.

If you want cash, you'd have to withdraw from PayPal to a bank account, which you can do at a later date.

Do you not have a bank account? if you do you can easily set up a paypal, payoneer or even accept bitcoins.
Opening a bank account shouldn't be hard regardless of location even if you are under 18 there are banks that have special bank accounts.
