I am not sure if iam harvesting right I use keywords sometimes in url in title and still get bunch of unreleated blogs to my keywords is this normal?any tips on geting blogs closer to my niche.
It really doesn't matter that much how related the blogs you comment on are.
Just harvest and blast.
A backlink is a backlink (if that's what you are after of course).
And a backlink is better than no backlinks, which actually happens when you try to be perfectionist.
Just get use scrapebox and you will get better the more you use it.

you have to use the operator "intitle" search with google for example
intitle:"food" now SB will give you blogs with food in the title of the blog
i normally use this method as the comments i create would be a spun comment
about food and they have a better chance of sticking
BUT Marcink99's method works just a well, i use his method to find auto approved blogs and save them to a master list.
If you have scrapebox ticked to harvest from various sources (e.g. google, yahoo, bing) then that might be your problem as the operators are different for different SEs.
For example,
For google you have to use inurl: and intitle:
But for yahoo use title: instead of intitle:, inurl should work as well
