Instead of directly sharing files, have you considered describing the changes you'd like? Might get more targeted advice that way.

I need to change the coupon to create free delivery charges... customize coupons by customers...
change the way orders are created and processed, order number...
change the payment gateway for my country and allow some transfer methods...
and also change the permission to premium features that require a monthly subscription that is no longer available
